Councillor visits

Mackay Regional Council is sending councillors to you!

Who?

Councillors will visit both Sarina and Mirani customer service centres in order to be available to the community.

When?

Monthly visits to both Sarina and Pioneer Valley will be available for the community if required.

The fortnightly visits will take place between 9:00 am and 12:00 noon on the dates given in the schedule (unless otherwise noted).

Why?

As part of Mackay Regional Council’s commitment to reach the whole region, councillors endeavour to meet with as many residents as possible.

Councillors will be directly accessible to discuss general matters, however if you have a specific issue, a pre-arranged appointment is encouraged to allow councillors research time. 

Where?

• Sarina - Old Mayor’s Office 65 Broad Street, Sarina
• Mirani - Old Council Meeting Room 20 Victoria Street, Mirani

Sarina will have a meeting the first Monday of the month, and Mirani the third Monday of the month.
