Operator skills and knowledge assessment
The following questions are designed to allow council to ascertain your knowledge of requirements for waste transporting.
The questions are based on the general requirements of the Environmental Protection Act 1994, your approval conditions, and are the types of things council officers may be assessing when they conduct routine audits of your business.
This assessment is to be completed by the person who is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business. Your completed assessment is to be retained on-site and presented to the inspecting council officer upon request.
