On Monday, the 29th of August, Mackay Regional Council held a Special Interest Working Group meeting regarding Settlement Patterns, Infrastructure and Transport where both public and private stakeholders were invited to provide feedback towards Council’s draft submission towards the Queensland Government’s Draft Regional Plan and to be updated with the current developments of Council’s new Planning Scheme, Mackay Region 200k.
These meetings will continue into the future as an active and participative mode between Council, industry representatives and local residents from the Mackay region. If you wish to join the SPIT group and/or the other Special Interest Working Groups, please email plandev@mackay.qld.gov.au.‘
